In this study, 28 bacteria isolated from thai traditional fermented soybean food (Tua-nao) collected from local market in Thailand by using nutrient agar plate with skim milk substrate for proteases detection, while cellulase, and mannanase using locust bean gum, carboxymethylcellulose substrate for detection. However, there are 5 isolates have large clear zones and it can producing 3 enzymes like protease, cellulase, and mannanase Such as S1/1, S1/3, S5/1, S5/2 and S6/1. Moreover optimum temperature of 5 isolate can growth at 37C and has only 2 isolate S5/1, S5/2 can be growth high temperature 50C and all of this strain can produce spore
