Good evening.
As per I mentioned to you over the phone two days ago, here I sorted out a couple of questions being brought up with by MLT lately in the following and please take your time to check with MLT’s staff in person and assist us in measuring the relevant parts.
1. NH3-T
A) Question:
MLT hopes that we could re-adjust the height of the bottom of our foot so that they could use their own hand lift truck to move our NH3-T from A to B. This request is exactly the same as ZTS’s request for SiH4-Y recently. Which means we don’t have to re-adjust the height between the valve and the ground (remake the new foots) at all but the height between the bottom of the foot and the ground.
(Please refer to the below photos to get a clearer image.)
B) Follow-up:
Please check with MLT how much room they want in order for them to use their current hand lift truck moving NH3-T cylinders.
Basically, I prefer that we buy a new hand lift truck for them to satisfy their demand, instead of our re-adjustment of the foots. Just like we buy one additional hand lift truck for ZTS. Hence, please ask them if they could accept the alternative way that we give them an additional hand lift truck to solve their problem.
If they think it’s workable, please also confirm for us if the type of the hand lift truck we’re about to buy for ZTS will be matching MLT’s demand for NH3-T. Once it is feasible, we will ask you to purchase two sets of this particular truck for us.
2. SiH4-Y
A) Question:
Since the type of the foot for SiH4-Y we delivered to MLT doesn’t match their pigtail, they have to put the wooden sticks in between our foot and the ground so that our valve can connect with their pigtail successfully! (Please refer to the photo below.)
However, it won’t work if they don’t put something firmly in between.
B) Follow-up:
Please assist us in measuring the height between the end of their pigtail (connecting point) and the ground.
So that we’ll be able to figure out what size of the foot we will have to make in order for MLT to use, without putting anything in between!
3. Please help us take the photos of Linde’s cylinders (both NH3-T and SiH4-Y) because we would like to understand how they paint their exterior of cylinders for NH3-T as well as SiH4-Y.
The reason we ask you to do this is because they told us our exterior part of cylinders are not as good as Linde’s.
(Please refer to the following photos of our cylinders taken by MLT’s staff.)

Dear Eve,
1. Please be informed that there was one container with NH3-T sending back to Taiwan having some stain inside the container and has to be washed to get it clean back. We now are asked by our forwarder to pay for this repair. Please find the third and the fourth attachment so that you will find out all the details.
This time, we will bear the fees for the repair. However, I’m afraid we’ll ask you to pay if it happens next time.
Please tell your colleagues to load the empty cylinders more carefully every time from now on.
2. I am told by my financial manager that there are four payment of yours are due.
I’ll be thankful if you could make the payment to us alone with the other two payments, which will be due by September 9th.
(The following table is sorted out by myself for your reference.)
