1. GROUP ASSIGNMENTThe Group Assignment emphasizes on data collection and data analysis techniques. There aresome suggested topics:1. Surveying:- Design a market survey on a product or service with self – administered questionnaires- Use 2 - 3 different channels: online, intercept, drop-off, emails, mailing,- Analyze data and present results (power point)2. Interview:- Develop exploration research questions- Design interview guidelines (can be semi-structure interview or unstructured interview),and interview target group- Conduct interview, use both audio recorded and note taking- Transcript and analyze data with cross-case and/ or within case analysis3. Content Analysis: Document Analysis- Collect data of student’s bachelor (master) topics in at least 3 years (5 years) from Schoolof Business, IU.- Develop the analysis to come up meaningful findings based on this data (Hint: classifythose topics based on content, research strategy, data analysis method, etc)4. Content Analysis: Meta-data Analysis- Collect data from statistics book (10 years)- Define independent and dependent variables (based on economic/ finance theories)- Explore relationships among variables with Multiple regressions (cross-sectional or timeseries or panel data)Group organization: 3 – 4 members/ groupDue date: Jul 22, 2016 before 11pm.
