This customer has about 300 ponds b

This customer has about 300 ponds but now stocking a few pond only, hit by EMS when the shrimp aged 60 days and get loss about 50 million baht. Customer intend to slow down the shrimp farming. Offer the land to us (5 + 41 Rai in Chaiyaphum province - North-East Thailand and close to the public road, he has total about 5000 rai of land). He also owing to Thailux, Inteq and bank (approx 80 million). The way to get the money to us is to sell out some piece of land. Will discuss further with customer. We may take some land deed as a collateral. Paid THB50k in Apr'15. Now they try to sell out the land in Trang, but no interest buyer.
