This quotation refers to the wooden gate repair at the car entrance of each house and the Lofts premises.
Our initial quote include painting this wooden gate without wood repair.
Upon working we found out that the wood has been damage in most of the houses so K. Rob inform us to get the rotten wood repaired and send to each house owner.
However, a week later K. Rob and K. Andrew have discussion and said that this repair cost, just send to the the Lofts office instead of each unit owner, so we can go ahead repair and get the painting done.
