This Italian style recipe is very simple, very healthy, and it is delicious. It should be made with fresh sardines, but canned ones would do if you can’t find fresh or frozen sardines.
My shot is really bad this time, so it doesn’t make it very appetizing, but it IS really tasty.
Ask your fishmonger to clean and prepare the sardines: de-bone them. You’ll need a good country style bread, as well as very ripe and juicy tomatoes. From there, it’s a child’s play!
