Lithuania's industrial production decreased in September from a year ago, figures from Statistics Lithuania showed Wednesday.
Industrial production fell a working-day-adjusted 0.7 percent year-over-year in September. However, unadjusted production edged up by 0.2 percent.
Production in the mining and quarrying sector tumbled 22.0 percent annually in September, while manufacturing sector registered an increase of 0.6 percent.
On a monthly basis, industrial production declined a seasonally and working-day-adjusted 2.3 percent in September. Without adjustment, production grew by 1.7 percent.
