Abstract: This quarter I was given an opportunity to collaborate with a group to develop a media plan for a client of our choice within a $500,000 budget; we chose to do our analysis on Bath & Body Works. After researching competitors, the market environment and past media strategies we began to develop a media plan that would help Bath & Body rebrand
as they expand into the aromatherapy and apothecary market. Part of this new strategy in- volves implementing print advertising in women-oriented magazines, a medium that has not been explored by Bath & Body in the past. After being inspired by a friend’s photograph I decided to expand on the project and create an advertisement for the theoretical print cam- paign. Included is a summary of the media plan including key marketing problems, target audience analysis, suggested media strategy and media selection, and an analysis about the potential advertisement.
Media Plan Summary
