As promised you will find below my first monthly email.
It was a challenging month to start the year knowing we had close the center for 3 days ( not expected) and had the management team in training for 2 more days.
The team in the center showed an amazing fighting spirit closing the month over budget which I consider a very good performance.
Every team and center contributed to this great start with a special mention to Corporate, Westgate, Fashion, Mega and Pinklao.
We had review the result of our latest employee satisfaction survey and making Wall Street a happy working place is a priority. K Poom will visit the center, please take the time to share with her so we can make rapid improvement in area we would like to improve.
We have launch a new service bonus retail which I really believe is achievable in each center. It is simple and should link to Students satisfaction and internal revenue. We also want every team to reach their service bonus every month.
We also do not link the service bonus at this time to the sales performance. While I hope you will appreciate this , please make sure you support the sale drive.
I really hope that you can feel the Mojo in your center and you can see the vibes improving. Please participate, it is also your role to make this a stronger reality in your center.
We will continue to work on our reputation. We are launching a new dress code for the center. This is important as results from focus group conducted last month with students and parents show that they expect us to look better. There was a significant number of remarks on the look and feel of the center and people. We need to show that our premium pricing is justified.
We have also set a budget of 300 K to improve the center. We will give you the opportunity to allocate this budget to area you think are key to deliver a fantastic, fun and friendly environment.
Last but not least , I would like to go back to our success story program.
This is an absolute must as we need to broadcast our student success. It does not have to be something long but we need as many stories as possible.
We will use these stories in the center to improve conversion, in marketing to build the brand identity and differentiation. This can have a massive impact on your center performance.
Please think of your students and alumni who are already successful. Ask them to participate, share on Facebook and forward to Marketing.
On a higher level, I would like to inform that the launch of NSE the new student experience has been successful in China. They are reviewing students and employee feedback to adjust if necessary and share with the rest of the world before we start implementing later this year. It is again an opportunity to congratulate the team who supported the launch by piloting many area.
We are also looking at the opportunity to start a new center in Central Rama 2 and as soon as we get the confirmation we will move forward with the booth to presale and plan for construction.
With January we are putting our business in the right pass. Lets continue in February to build a strong 2016 and continue to celebrate both small and big achievements.
