Hi I called today regarding my trip to elephant nature park and the rafting portion of the trip. I have to say that the elephants are amazing and what is being done at this park is amazing and I would come back for it in a heart beat. My issue that I had was with the rafting portion and how unsafe it got for my husband and I. We have both been rafting before and never have I experienced such poor instruction from a guide. Every other raft in our group went through with ease but our raft unfortunately did not. The two main issues were 1. Our guide did not know what he was doing and kept running us into rocks, which I know happens but we would be going towards a huge rock and he couldn't steer us away from them. I know the water is low but our raft had this happen at least double more than the other rafts. Second, the scariest issue was during the major Rapids part of the river our raft got sit I right before he biggest drop, our guide had no idea how to get us out of it. One of th

Then they proceeded to make us get out of the raft on a rock on the fastest part of the river and since our guide couldn't figure it out another guide had to get our raft fixed. So, it took two other guides, other than our own to figure out how to get the raft unstuck. I have been on numerous rafting trips and this has NEVER happened not have taken so long to fix. If I would of know then trip would of been like that then I would of never gotten on the raft and just stayed at the park and waited for he group. I don't feel like I should have to pay for this especially since it was the scariest thing that has happened to my husband and I. If there were to be many more Rapids I would of not gone. I think that there should be more experienced men guiding the rafts. Again I think everything is amazing at the park, just not the kayaking/rafting part. I do believe we deserve a refu
