The objective of this Special Issue

The objective of this Special Issue is to publish a collection of high quality papers that offer new theoretical approaches to gender and management research. It will adopt a critical analysis of the way work and management are organized and the implications this has for the nature of managerial work and management positions of power and influence. Papers submitted should address themes and concerns that inform theoretical understandings of gender and management. .
