3.1 In case where there is a warran

3.1 In case where there is a warranty of machinery, the Company is required to submit the checklist of machinery that has been exempted for import duty fees by filling out the form and conditions provided by the BOI for approval within 1 year starting from the termination of import period. When the period of 1 year is due, the BOI committee shall withdraw any rights of exemption of import duty fees for the machinery particularly imported for this purpose and on the period of warranty of duty fee from the Bank.
3.2 The Company shall use the machinery that has been exempted from import duty fee for the purpose of operations as prescribed in the Promotion Card.
3.3 The Company shall not allow any mortgage, sales, transfer or lease to other parties for the machinery that has been exempted from import duty fee.
3.3.1 In case where the Company has been granted approval for the mortgage of machinery and there is a lawsuit against that machinery, the Company is requested to inform the BOI within 15 days starting from the date of file stamped by the court.

3.1，以防哪里有保修机械，本公司是需要通过填写规定由调查委员会在 1 年内从导入期终止审批条件的形式提交核对表的机械，已获豁免的进口关税。到期的 1 年期间时，BOI 委员会应撤回豁免进口义务费机械特别是导入为此目的以及来自银行的责任费用保修期限的任何权利。3.2 本公司应使用已获豁免从导入工作地点的费用为行动促进卡中所述的机械。3.3 公司不得允许任何抵押、 销售、 转让或出租给其他缔约方获豁免进口税费的机械。3.3.1 万一其中公司已被批准按揭的机械，还有那机械诉讼公司被要求由法院盖章的文件之日起 15 日内通知 BOI。

3.1如果那里是机器保修，本公司须提交已填写的终止开始由泰国投资促进委员会批准一年内提供的表格和条件，免征进口关税费机械清单导入期。当1年期到期，投资委员会委员应当回避的进口关税费豁免的任何权利为机械尤其是进口于此目的，对值班费保修期从银行的时间。
3.2本公司将使用机械已从进口关税费免征操作的目的，在促销牌规定。
3.3本公司将不会允许任何抵押，销售，转让或出租给其他方对已经进口关税费豁免的机制。
3.3 .1在情况下本公司已获批准的机械抵押贷款和有针对机械的诉讼，公司被要求从内部文件的法院盖章之日起15日内通知BOI。
