There is one gap identified from Food Borne Outbreak Global Health Practice (GHP) gap assessment process, which is about the person who is responsible for food ordering for business or company events shall receive food safety training but they’ve never attended this training before. This training will help to prevent food poisoning outbreak among refinery staff caused by the foods provided by company, which will be considered as work-related illness.
Captured below is the list of contractors under your organization who are required to complete this food safety awareness training by this reason. But they are not covered by GMT scope. Therefore, please ensure all your contractors whom you assign them to order the foods for your business events, have completed the food safety awareness training per EM guideline.

Also kindly help to ensure that your contractors who are assigned for this food ordering role, which may not be included in this list, will complete this training package as well.
