1. Accelerating Ops Leader Development
Joe introduced the main purpose and definition of the program which aims to build up talent pool of qualified Plant Managers and Senior Operation Managers for big facilities in China with experienced trainees. The program will start at the end of Oct after OPSP and will take 1.5 years for training.
2. News Letter
In order to build a better communication among the whole HR family in AP, we will deliver monthly news letter to APHR team for sharing information like new members’ introduction, new project, HR KPIs, highlights of achievements or best practice.

3. Campus Recruitment
Stella shared the process of campus recruitment. From the late Sep to the middle of Oct will hold campus talk among six universities (3 in Shanghai and 3 in Zhejiang, Hangzhou and Wuhan). The target HC number is 30. Successful candidates can take internship from Dec, 2015.

4. HR Conference
The first HR conference for AP HR team will be arranged from Nov 12th – Nov 13th. It will mainly focus on sharing and training to HR members. For site, please cover the own travel expenses.

5. Daily Update
Joe said in Sep will have a two-day orientation for new employees. Ying raised the problem of payroll system. She will drive down the cost of China benefits plan and improve the healthy service to employee like medical checkup. Carly, Melinda and Helena updated the OPSP process and salary issue. Helena said OSS product line will launch a training of SGM standard process to better understand the key customer’s standard. Stella shared three projects: health activity, bi-weekly recruitment meeting and internal job posting. She also emphasized the importance of information transfer.
