Dec 15, 2014 – Jan 7, 2015 Human Resources conducts OPR and TMS Training
By January 19, 2015 VP & Directors distribute their 2015 goals to direct reports.
By January 19, 2015 Employee Assessments, SBD Resumes Due in OPR TMS
By January 26, 2015 Employee 2015 Goal Setting in OPR TMS Due
By February 2, 2015 Manager Assessments and Approval of 2015 Goals in OPR TMS Due
By February 9, 2015 One-Over-One Review Approvals in OPR TMS Complete
By February 16, 2015 Human Resources Releases Assessments in the OPR TMS
By March 9, 2015 Managers conduct Face-to-Face discussions with only Non-Exempt Salaried Employees
(Exempt Salaried employee discussions cannot be conducted until after the Engineered Fastening Organization and People Review Meeting)
