I have talked to the customer kha. As Khun Piyatida mentioned in the previous email, the invoice is always lately received after relocating to Prathumthani (it has been 3 yrs). The customer complains that she has informed an AM regarding this issue where AM promises to send her the invoice by email every month-end. However, she’d received the invoice by email only for 3 months and never received again afterwards. This is how the late payment happened.
For the billing in June, she claims that an invoice was received yesterday and It’s not possible to proceed the payment within this week. She can pay is on August 1st since her boss is out of office. She really wants us to first unblock the cards, write-off interest on overdue since it’s not her false for the late payment.
Another customer pain point, she said AM has never visited her and never done anything as promised. If we still cannot solve this problem she will move to PTT. For the volume of this account, please see the attached picture kha
