We are sorry for our missed understanding for some process to take out the product from the Demo cabinet.
For now, SVD understood.
Please let me explain the reasons that why Service Dept. hurry to take out the demo product . We would like to prepare the part for the job incoming from the Saleman who will
take products to repair at the end of this month. Moreover, long lead time and no plan for part production from WPC, SVD will have planed to stock parts for previous and current models. However, taking out the product from the Demo cabinet depend on the concerned section .
We understand that the way of using Class B/D for SVD is a temporaly option, not permanent policy and always consider marketing schedule.
However, could you please consider necessity for service using Class B/D otherwise SVD or Sale Dept. has to change new set to the dealer / customer. (In case No part for repair / Waiting part for long time. )
Please kindly understanding for this case.
