On 17th of September 25, 2015 and 18th of September, 2015 we discovered that when we have rain that the water comes inside your Penthouse from the roof (leaks) and the windows (rubber seals are damaged or missing) creating flooding in your room.
Due to that the water migrates trough the concrete to go on the ceilings of the 782/71 and the 782/72 apartment which can have serious consequences for those co-owners.
Despite of two e.mails sent to your representative Khun Rassamee on 17th and 18th at rassamee_tgci1@yahoo.com and one phone call where the secreatry was able to speak with her, we do not have any news from you.
As you know last year we engaged a lot of renovation like repairing and painting of all the building including your penthouse. The result is very good but we would not like that those works damaged.
Every year you pay fees to the Condo B and some pats are the Condo B duty but some parts are under your responsibility. That is why our Chairman and Committee members would like to organize a meeting at the condo B with your company representatives in order to speak about the matter and find solutions together for now and the future in order to maintain your penthouse in good conditions.
