It’s not enough to provide customer service, you need to check for customer satisfaction. That means after you (or your team) have done something for a customer, you need to ask if they were happy with what you did. If the customer isn’t happy, and you don’t check, you’re going to lose them – and you’re going to have to replace them through marketing and sales! And as it costs 6-7 times more to replace a customer than to keep one, that’s not good business!
