I understand that only the following documents are still outstanding:
(a) Insurance policy for risk coverage in relation to the construction / renovation work with the benefit under the policy to be designated to the Bank
(b) Assignment of Project Agreements. Assignment Agreement to be entered into by Hotel Royal BKK and OCBC.
(c) Two sets of Notice of Assignment and Consent Agreement to be executed by respective parties
We are in the process of re-tendering the upgrading project to another main contractor. My staff will arrange for the documentation to be completed once the new main contractor is appointed.
In addition, I understand our Finance Manager has arranged for a Contractors' All-Risks Policy. Our Fire, PL and Business Interruption Policies should all still be in force. Please feel free to contact my staff for further info.
As regards MSA GlobalWorks Pte. Ltd., l have been chasing for the document to be executed. I will forward the same to you once I have received it.
