Receive of transferring total or a part of real estate project from investors to build buildings on it for sale, for lease, or for lease purchase;4. Build houses on land which is allocated by the State for sale, for lease, or for lease purchase;5. Build buildings on land which is leased out or transferred in industrial parks, industrial complexes, export-processing zones, hi-tech zones, or economic zone for trading for the proper land use.Therefore, The Ventures Vietnam cannot directly purchase buildings for sale, for lease, or for lease purchase, but you may choose one of the above forms for your purpose.To conduct real estate trading, firstly, The Ventures Vietnam have to increase your capital from VND 20 billion upward, and supplement your business lines of real estate trading in the ERC and the IRC.
