Organizational changes in Trading / Bunker
• Our Company has decided to integrate Cepsa Trading´s operations into the Business department
Now the consolidation stage of Cepsa Trading´s activities has been completed, the Management of our Company has decided to integrate its operations into the Business department. The change aims to optimize the value chain of all of the businesses of all the Cepsa group.
During Cepsa Trading´s business consolidation phase the department has managed to strengthen our national and international supply and trading activities in crude oil and its derivatives, and has integrated the bunker business into its operations to benefit from the synergies between the two areas.
The changes will be reflected across the whole of the business and will see the following organizational changes:
 The Trading business / Bunker areas will report directly to the COO, and will continue to operate under the management of Alfonso Mingarro.
 The business support areas (Risk & Finances, Contracts, Communication, Information Systems, and HR management) will now report to their corresponding business area.
These changes will take effect from today, and will not have any repercussion in the job structure of the department, or mean any change for the current employees of Cepsa Trading and Cepsa Bunker.
The changes will be reflected in the Functions Manual available on Intracepsa.
