• Take the lead responsibility in developing, implementing and administering the reward and benefit strategy for the company. This essentially includes the structure & scheme for salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and all other employee benefits.
• Manage the ongoing life & medical assurance policy company and medical insurance packages.
• Monitor the organization's salary structure and benefit provision to ensure a balance between controlling the cost and attracting & retaining staff. Regularly review and upgrade it in the way that the company’s compensation is market-competitive and in line with statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement Performance Management System, linking performance very clearly to the reward & incentives.
• Oversee the annual processes of manpower planning, employee-related costing, salary review, bonus pay-out and the review of other benefits in kind.
