This study was divided into two parts and investigated the following research questions.
1. What tasks and job competencies should new staff member training focus on to ensure efficiency and proficiency in front- and back-end operations in Payment Services roles?
2. What job competencies (combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors [KSABs]) do managers and staff members perceive as necessary to perform required tasks associated with front- and back-end operations in Payment Services?
