Based on the objectives in order to retain English skill working with the
company for long period, we found that all qualified staffs are still working with
the company and satisfied this campaign "Pay for Performance"
- In the view of development, only 23.5% of all participants can be able to
prove having development while 6 employees with high score (>800) can not
be acquired this award, there shall be reviewed this matter.
- This campaign shall be continued by determining the score level each
position level for determining standardized English skill of staff onwards.
