Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a system for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. It often involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.
PANDORA CRM is to strengthen PANDORA’s quality management system utilizing voice of the customer. CRM is responsible for understanding, prioritizing and consolidating customer information, supporting QA and manufacturing departments with quality communications on product issues and the reporting of external quality performance. CRM will monitor every customer concern daily and identify and communicate emerging issues requiring action and resolution. Understand and support PANDORA’s quality standards and testing initiatives to meet customer’s expectations and requirements.
