Apart from many comments on its length (20-22 pages), there are many mistakes found as well. I just checked the latest case of CMBR and I thought it was only this hotel. But when I checked the original file of each property, it is all the same.
My English skill is not that strong, however, I have found improper English writing and spelling mistakes in CHR standard templates.
Plus, some regulations and conditions can make clients feel not comfortable. Terms and conditions are necessary but they should be more in details in confirmation letter, not in the proposal which should consist only key and basic elements.
