Jannimitr, Weera has identified you as his/her supervisor. Jannimitr, Weera has not completed the annual Cyber Security Awareness Training and is therefore not in Compliance with a corporate training requirement.
Jannimitr, Weera ‘s computer access has been suspended until the training is complete. In order for access to be enabled you must perform the following actions:

Follow up with Jannimitr, Weera and see if he/she has completed the Cyber Security Awareness Training.

I. If Jannimitr, Weera says yes they have completed the training, send a note to Global User LMS Support /SM with user's Last name, First name, ID and estimate date of completion.
1) Include in the subject line: Computer Access Reinstatement for Jannimitr, Weera (Last Name, First Name) and the CSA team will research the record for completion confirmation.
2) If confirmed the training was complete and the ID was suspended in error CSA Coordinator
Global User LMS Support contact will send a request to Access Admin (AA) via IT Service portal page to reinstate the ID and inform the supervisor/requester.

II. If Jannimitr, Weera agrees they have not completed the training.
i. Assist Jannimitr, Weera to complete the training with one of three options.
1. Log on to your computer and have them review the online training
OR
2. Review a Power Point presentation with them
OR
3. Send request to Global User LMS Support /SM for STS logon credentials for online training. The person can then do the training online from any computer with internet access.
a. This option #3 is not available for WebCAT students

ii. When training is complete, submit a request to AA via the IT Service portal page to reinstate the ID. Click this link to the IT Services portal page and follow the steps below:
1. Choose Access, then Maintain User/ID & Ownership, then Change/Delete User IDs
2. Complete the form
a. The Request type should be ID enabled
b. In Step 5 of the form in “Addition Comments” include “Jannimitr, Weera has completed CSA training on ”
