Normal appearance of sinus and petrous bone. Normal appearance of the ventricles, no midline shift. Diffusionrestricted lesion found in the dorsal parts of left putamen and in the corpus of the left caudate, the lesion has low signal in the ADC and is seen already in Flair and T2. periventricular some unspecific white matter lesions, but otherwise normal appearance of the grey and white matter, periventricular no signs for inflammatory or demyelinating lesions. In DWI no other diffusionrestricted lesion. In SWI no hemorrhagic lesions noted. TOF reveals a high grade stenosis of left lateral M1 most probably due to a thrombus, otherwise normal appearance of arteries. A1 on the right showing a loop but no aneurysm.

IMPRESSION
Subacute infarct left putamen and caudate due to M1 high grade stenosis (thrombus).

MRI não 14/10/15Bình thường xuất hiện của xoang và xương giống như đá. Bình thường xuất hiện của các tâm thất, không thay đổi đường giữa. Tổn thương Diffusionrestricted tìm thấy ở phần lưng của putamen trái và corpus trái caudate, tổn thương có thấp tín hiệu trong ADC và đã được nhìn thấy trong Flair và T2. Periventricular một số unspecific trắng tổn thương vấn đề, nhưng nếu không bình thường xuất hiện của các màu xám và trắng vấn đề, periventricular không có dấu hiệu cho viêm hoặc demyelinating tổn thương. Ở DWI không có tổn thương diffusionrestricted khác. Ở SWI không có tổn thương xuất huyết lưu ý. TOF cho thấy một cao cấp hẹp của trái bên M1 đặt có thể là do một thrombus, nếu không bình thường xuất hiện của động mạch.
