The purpose of this project is to develop raw material cutting machine for housewife community to help the production process of raw materials in Narathiwat Province. A microcontroller is used to control the system and define the term infrared sensors by using the Arduino board to transmit the output value to the motor to spin and control a set of blades. The emergency stop button acts as a circuit breaker automatically switches to the DC power supply. The power supply is 12Vdc battery which serves to supply control units. We have brought the cutting machine to actually use at the woven group in Kamphaeng, Khokkhien, and Aomanao community. The collected data from women's groups of raw cutting materials, and then we measured the speed of cutting from using the cutting machine by comparing with using hand. The machine acts as knives and it will automatically work by detecting of infrared sensors which are different from the switch of reverse rotation motor. The results show that cutting the raw material with machine works better and faster than using hand.
