This Agreement supersedes all proposals or quotations, oral or written, and all negotiations, conversations, or discussions between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the party alleged to have waived such provision, and any single waiver shall not operate to waive subsequent or other defaults. The unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the remaining provisions or any portions thereof.
