The mammalian blood is a dilute filterable gel in which the clusters of erythrocyte aggregates can be reversibly disintegrated and formed anew in various parts of the bloodstream thereby contributing to structurization of blood flow. The blood viscosity is a variable parameter closely related to vessel geometry and blood flow rate. The changes of blood viscosity and erythrocyte shape occur continuously in organism in physiological proc- esses of periodic alteration of CO2 concentration, the metabolites absorption and shear rate change. Therefore, the deformation and aggregation of erythrocytes as the most abundant blood cell abilities have leading impor- tance for this process and play a crucial role in maintain- ing normal bloodstream structure. Probably if the bond of deformability and aggregative abilities of big mass of the red blood cells were absent, the consequences would be unpredictable
