May I suggest the following on the email subject. It is for your future easy filtering.
1 - Division - MIL if for all division.MIL-CB, MIL-CE+AAP, MIL-HA, MIL-SS, MIL-MS, MIL-MSB etc for others.
2 - Weekly Manpower Quota - If the detail are only showing the newly updated quota, or asking for the manager to reply on the break down on the whole Division Quota. You may need to decide the Division name = Div(CE+AAP), Div(HA).... in you excel file.
3 - Date in your subject. You have to decide whether :
A - The date which Vincent approval email date. Or
B - The date you send out report.
After you decide, use it every time you send email.
4 - Be careful, you have to be very clear on the message, the quota on whole division, quota on monthly staff and daily workers.
