On behalf of Henkel Thailand, Vero Public Relations cordially invites you to a media group interview to discuss Henkel’s commitment to strengthening its global team as well as its vision for human resource management in Thailand.
Henkel believes that the company’s success comes from strong leaders and strong teams. Since Henkel’s new strategy was announced, the company’s vision for hu-man resource management has been highlighted as a strategic priority.
Henkel focuses on three areas for human resource development: (1) Developing strong leaders with clear leadership principles (2) Building talent and performance with encouragement and reward (3) Managing diversity as a competitive asset. This guideline supports the company to develop excellence globally.
In the session, Khun Surachet Tanwongsval, President of Henkel Thailand, and Khun Nantaka Adireksombat, Human Resources Manager of Henkel Thailand will highlight Henkel’s vision.
