Year 2016 will be very tough and challenge year for everyone in term of Cost reduction. Work Life Balance is still one of our focus area that we failed to achieve in 2015. We still have hi-number of workover and work on vacation in 2015.
For 2016, I would like to focus more on Manpower plan, Vacation plan of both CTEP and Contractor. I have discussed with Production Supv, Team Lead and we agreed that we will strict to our regulation and operator best practice below;
• All production operators shall discuss your vacation plan with Supervisors and Record your vacation plan in PM clerk database by end of 31 Jan 16.
• Any request for vacation postpone or changing vacation plan shall be submitted to Supervisors for review at minimum 3 weeks before vacation date.
• Maximum 2 persons are allow to leave in the same period (week). Require Supervisor approval for any additional request.
• Split vacation is not allowed (both CTEP and Contractor) unless emergency case and need approval from Supervisor on case by case basis.
Prod Supv/Remote Supv/Zone Supv - Please communicate this direction to all again in shop meeting and take lead to summarize vacation plan throughout the year 2016
PM Clerk – Please help to follow up with production team lead and individual who still not book the vacation plan. By 31 Jan 16, we expect that 100% CTEP and Contractor vacation plan complete.
