The analysis of human factor is necessary taking into consideration the central
position of it in the society, both as production factor and consumer of goods
and services. There is a biunique relation between those two aspects. Thus, the contribution of it to the increasing of social production depends, directly or indirectly,on the satisfaction of the material and spiritual needs of the society that influence the performance of the human factor.

Analisis faktor manusia perlu mempertimbangkan pusat
posisi dalam masyarakat, baik sebagai faktor produksi dan konsumen barang
dan jasa. Ada hubungan biunique antara dua aspek. Dengan demikian, kontribusi ke peningkatan produksi sosial tergantung, langsung atau tidak langsung, pada kepuasan material dan spiritual kebutuhan masyarakat yang mempengaruhi kinerja faktor manusia.
