HR would like to remind you to have an interim PMP discussion with your supervisor by no later than July 31st, 2015.
Interim reviews are periodic, comprehensive performance reviews between your supervisor and you to assess progress, seek feedback for improvement, and also update or realign the performance agreements based on any changes in your work, team projects, or business priorities.
Instructions for Interim PMP Step for Employees:
• In sections 3a, 3c and 3d, add results in the Results box provided below each of your original agreements.
• In section 3b, summarize how you demonstrated Chevron Way behaviors and We Lead - Leader Expectations to achieve your performance results. Please see the We Lead Job Aid for examples of summarized results in section 3b.
• In section 4, enter your comments.
• Click the “Send to Supervisor” button to forward your form to your supervisor in preparation for your interim PMP discussion. At this point you can still view the form as a read-only version by clicking on the Performance Tab >> My Forms >> En Route box.
• After the interim PMP discussion, your supervisor will review the form and indicate that the Interim PMP step is complete.

Instructions for Interim PMP Step for Supervisors:
• After you’ve had the interim dialogue with your employee, add your comments to the form and select the “Interim PMP Complete” button to advance the form to the closing step.

If you have changed jobs during 2015
It is recommended that a review and update in result section of your performance year-to-date be performed with your current supervisor prior to or immediately after assuming your new position.
Then, you should include new performance agreements in your 2015 ePMP form as needed to reflect your new responsibilities. Also, ensure your We Lead Leader Role in section 1 is updated to reflect your new assignment role as necessary.
