The facts of this case are as follows:
1). Customers disputed 15 transactions amounting to 9,080 Bath
2). The Retailer involved is TP. VATADSANA BORIKARN LTD., P, SAMPARN - BIG C, NAKHON PATHOM, TH
3). A total of 13 customers were affected and the incident took place between 4th Oct 2016 to 17th Oct 2016
4). The dispute arises because forecourt staff has made double transactions and one of which is of higher value than the actual fill. Cash is obtained from higher value transactions
5). Retailer concerned has confessed to the wrong doing by his forecourt staff
6). The forecourt staff has agreed to pay back the disputed amount the Retailer
Looking at the facts above, we should just charge back to the Retailer and issue a credit note to the affected customer since the forecourt staff has agreed to pay back the Retailer
