• Access to qualified BBL and SAS resources will be ensured.
• Required key BBL documentation (list of documents have been provided) is available in English language.
• BBL will assist in obtaining of in-country visas for countries other than Thailand (e.g. Hong Kong) - where necessary. BBL will support Capco with invitation letters and other necessary documents as required by applicable law for Capco to obtain work permits for its employees in countries other than Thailand.
• The Capco team will be primarily located at the BBL Headquarter in Bangkok. Access to BBL network, systems, email, and infrastructure will be made available to Capco employees throughout the duration of the project.
• BBL provides Web-ex and conference call infrastructure to Capco for workshops and meetings (multiple access facilities required to cover multiple locations and workshops at the same time) free of charge.
• Regular, well defined and open exchange with Project Sponsor along the project.
• Any changes resulting from BBL / SAS readiness or BBL / SAS clarifications on existing requirements could change the planning and will be part of a dedicated change request.
• Any changes (both in requirements, timelines, priorities other than agreed) that might arise in the relevant countries will be re-assessed.
• Implementation in additional countries other than the ones mentioned in this proposal will impact the effort estimation.
• Pre-requisites are valid not only at the time of the project-start but also during the run phase of the project.
