As previously communicated, Flowserve SIHI associates did not participate in the 2015 Performance Management Process (PMP). Beginning this year and following all appropriate review and consultation steps with applicable local employee organizations, eligible Flowserve SIHI associates will participate in the 2016 Goals and Objectives Setting process and the corresponding PMP activities thereafter.
Yesterday, you received a communication regarding the 2016 PMP forms. These forms are now available within the Career Planning and Performance (CPP) system for associates in all countries, excluding Austria, France and Germany. Associates with access to the 2016 PMP forms should begin setting measurable objectives in partnership with their manager. The 2016 PMP forms are currently being created for eligible associates in Austria, France and Germany, and will be available by the end of February. Impacted associates will receive a communication when the 2016 PMP forms are available in the CPP system.
All 2016 PMP objectives and development plans should be entered into the system by associates and approved by managers by March 15, 2016.
