The determination of user requireme

The determination of user requirements for the
traceability system is the first step in implementing the system.
Each supply chain actor should establish his traceability plan based
on the driving factors such as the need for regulation, the business
requirements and the customer preferences. The relational database
management system could be used by each actor in the supply
chain to implement the internal traceability system. All the vegetable
information should be recorded in a centralized database
system and only the relevant lot/batch information should be
passed on to the next link in the supply chain. The additional
information can be requested by the authorized users (such as
regulatory agencies) in case of a suspect product. This additional
information should be provided in due time. The application of this
framework for developing and implementing the internal and
supply chain traceability is the next step. It is the actual implementation
in the various supply chain actors that would provide
a better insight into the limitations of this framework and theway it
could be changed for the traceability of distinct food products.

Penentuan kebutuhan pengguna untuk
sistem traceability adalah langkah pertama dalam menerapkan sistem.
Setiap aktor rantai pasokan harus menetapkan rencana traceability nya berdasarkan
pada faktor pendorong seperti kebutuhan untuk regulasi, bisnis
persyaratan dan preferensi pelanggan. Database relasional
sistem manajemen dapat digunakan oleh masing-masing aktor dalam pasokan
rantai untuk menerapkan sistem ketertelusuran internal. Semua sayuran
informasi harus dicatat dalam database terpusat
sistem dan hanya informasi lot / batch yang relevan harus
diteruskan ke link berikutnya dalam rantai pasokan. Tambahan
informasi dapat diminta oleh pengguna yang berwenang (seperti
badan pengatur) dalam kasus produk tersangka. Tambahan ini
informasi harus diberikan dalam waktu dekat. Penerapan ini
kerangka kerja untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan internal dan
rantai pasokan traceability adalah langkah berikutnya. Ini adalah implementasi aktual
dalam berbagai aktor rantai pasokan yang akan memberikan
wawasan yang lebih baik keterbatasan kerangka ini dan theway itu
bisa diubah untuk ketertelusuran produk makanan yang berbeda.
