We will arrange to release the payment asap - but we would like to receive the BG and insurance policies urgently
Insurance Policy has been sent to Khun Mol/HRB on Monday 2, Dec., 2013. BG will receive from BBL Bank on Friday 6 Dec., 2013. As soon as we got BG, we will hand it over to you immediately on the same day, Friday 6 Dec., 2013. Please have Mr. George sign the Cheque before Friday 6 Dec., 2013.
Due to the time constrain for the HRB renovation, we would like to ask Mr. Georage’s kind consideration for the followings:
1. It is nearly a month that Pathom has processed all the construction work, supply all the construction materials and labor to the site which Pathom has already paid for the mentioned expenses.
2. Pathom has advance order the construction materials which has its due date for payment of deposit to the suppliers and to deliver the material into the site accordingly.
3. Bank Guarantee for advance payment for Thailand, Pathom requested on Thai language while HRB required in English which will take no later than 30 days for the bank to process. Since then Pathom has applied for the Bank Guarantee but it took quite a long time for the bank to process the English policy. We realized that we could no longer wait for it as our work schedule has to be completed. Moreover we have to settle for the deposit payment of the material with the suppliers. And if you allow, Pathom is pleased to submit the English translation of the Bank Guarantee for your information.
4. On Friday 6 December 2013 Pathom will submit our Bank Guarantee to HRB in exchange with the deposit payment. If in any case that Pathom fails to submit the said Bank Guarantee, Pathom will accept the suspension of payment until Pathom can manage to submit the said documents.
