During the visit we will: 1. Review the current social compliance performance based on the applicable laws & regulations and the Nike CLSs. 2. Identify the gaps resulted from the assessment through factory walk through, documents review and interview with workers and management teams. 3. As being the consulting role, Work with your factory to address the main findings if any. An opening meeting at 9:00am and closing meeting at 4:00pm during the day of visit will be held, Therefore, we request the presence of the senior management of your factory, HR manager, HSE Manager, Factory Manager and other persons concerned could be present at both meetings provided availability. In order to facilitate this request & a smooth audit process, Please do refer to the attached labor & ESH documents list in advance of the visit, this will help save time & during the assessment day. Please note some of the documents in the list may not be applicable to your factory. Attached is also the Haddad Factory Profile Questionnaire (HFPQ) that needs to be duly filled & returned back to us no later than the 02nd of Oct 2015 which is highly appreciated.
