Remember that when you first login, you will need to set your language and instructions are attached to help you do this.
If you have an issue with the new portal, please use the ‘Quick Ticket’ on the ‘HOME’ page to tell us about the issue you are experiencing.
We will continue to build new ‘Quick Tickets’ and ‘Service Requests’ to assist in your interactions with Global-IT and hope you enjoy the new ServiceNow portal.
