We usually make a mixture of heavy, more hard and dry dough the day before .The dough has to rest for 24 hours to make a good product.The next day, the dough is hard and not easy to handle.The lift machine we bought picks up the bowl with mixture into the rotary molder.The rotary molder rotates with a blade in the machine and cuts off thin slices of dough.This dough goes then to the forming machine, see next email
