Booking class online is going worst for the service. Once I have deleted my next booking, the following one will also gone. For example, I have cancelled my today's booing for body combat, but my next booking for gentle yoga also gone. This is not the first time that the system went wrong like this. However, I am unable to book the same class due to already full. I have full intention of attending the class which I mostly book for a week in advance, which now turned out that cancelled without my knowing. I'm not so sure this message will be captured by anyone's concern or not, but I am extremely disappointed with your club for not monitored this malfunction of the system.
