Securing a job have and always will

Securing a job have and always will be the first priority of anyone in our society. That’s why we dedicate so much of effort in studying, not for some noble reasons, but for a simple, realistic reason that is securing one’s future. In fact, without a job nobody can have anything, nor can that person constitute anything for society. These unemployed will become a burden to society, they still have basic human needs like eating, housing, but they can’t provide themselves these things, so it fall upon society to provide them with these needs. But this will halt all the country’s system down, and drain resources that should be pour into development welfare instead. So securing a job is a basic needs but not an easy one to achieve, many research, many study was done to find ways to provide this particular needs for people, and many more will be needed since the requirement to fulfill this change over time. Like Indiana Business Research Center’s study in 2012 about the odds of being unemployed and remaining unemployed has pointed out that even if we have a proper academic major and degree we still have a fair chance of failing to get a job, even if the rate is vary between which major and degree. In a national research inside Viet Nam conducted by Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, & Social Welfare in 2015, the rate of unemployed within graduates have also reach 4%, higher than past year and have no indication of lowering.
Having taken noticed of the severity of this problem within graduates, I feel the necessity to conduct this research in order to have a grasp at the root of the problem and hopefully provide a viable way to help Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE)’s graduates escape the unemployed financial trap. And so it leads me to conduct this study “ A look into HCMUTE graduates’ unemployment: the cause and the solution”

Đảm bảo một công việc có và sẽ luôn luôn được ưu tiên hàng đầu của bất cứ ai trong xã hội của chúng tôi. Đó là lý do tại sao chúng tôi dành rất nhiều nỗ lực trong học tập, nhưng đối với một số lý do cao quý, nhưng đối với một đơn giản, lý do thực tế được đảm bảo tương lai của một người. Trong thực tế, không có một ai có thể có công việc gì, và cũng có thể người đó tạo thành bất cứ điều gì cho xã hội. Những người thất nghiệp sẽ trở thành một gánh nặng cho xã hội, họ vẫn có những nhu cầu cơ bản của con người như ăn, ở, nhưng họ không thể cung cấp cho họ những điều này, vì vậy nó rơi trên xã hội để cung cấp cho họ những nhu cầu này. Nhưng điều này sẽ ngăn chặn tất cả các hệ thống của đất nước xuống, và thoát nguồn tài nguyên cần được đổ vào phúc lợi xã hội phát triển để thay thế. Có chân nhận của mức độ nghiêm trọng của vấn đề này trong sinh viên tốt nghiệp, tôi cảm thấy sự cần thiết phải tiến hành nghiên cứu này để có một nắm ở gốc của vấn đề và hy vọng cung cấp một cách hữu hiệu để giúp Đại học thành phố Hồ Chí Minh của Công nghệ và Giáo dục (HCMUTE) 's sinh viên tốt nghiệp thoát khỏi cái bẫy tài chính thất nghiệp.
