How do you assess your own responsibility for what you
have done, for where you are in life, and for the problems your
family and friends are dealing with? Do you blame parents, relatives,
or friends for your own actions? Do they blame you for theirs? Do
you understand the consequences of your own behavior? From a
different perspective, are you overcome by shame and guilt about
something you shouldn’t be blamed for? Your approach to
answering such questions may be unhealthy or healthy.
