technocrats (นักวิชาการ) or generals (นายพลทหาร), then
replaced by elected MPs, most of whom: business
people.
High scale of corruptions were noted, and this cabinet
was named: “the buffet cabinet”.
This government rejected the military concern for
security in favour of business's desire for profit, esp.
the control over border zones under the policy of
changing the fighting grounds into trading ones.
