If we haven’t used a vendor in 24 months then how do we know that everything is the same for the vendor (ownership, financial information etc?) The only mechanism we have is to close the vendor and reopen (IF required) through the NSRF process and have Due Diligence perform a credit review and refresh, along with updated banking information.
The risk of something changing after such a long period is great and that we would miss it simply by keeping the vendor active is not something we should encourage in this environment.
I suggest that unless your future use is CONFIRMED then we proceed to close them.
